Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the 1to1.bot platform, including all services related to egocentric video data collection, dataset procurement, API access, and custom data delivery. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

1to1.bot provides egocentric video data through multiple channels:

• Off-the-shelf dataset catalog with instant delivery
• Custom on-demand data collection requests
• API access for programmatic data procurement
• Free sample datasets for evaluation purposes

3. Data Licensing

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the procured data for internal research, model training, and development purposes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Standard purchases grant non-exclusive usage rights
• Exclusive licensing is available for custom orders at additional cost
• Redistribution or resale of raw data is prohibited without written consent

4. Data Collection & Privacy

All data is collected by contracted individuals who have consented to participate in our collection programs. No personally identifiable information (PII) is included in delivered datasets. Faces and identifiable features are excluded or anonymized per our collection guidelines. We comply with applicable data protection regulations in all operating jurisdictions.

5. Delivery & Payment

Data is delivered via Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3, or Google Cloud Storage endpoints as specified by the buyer. Payment is due upon order confirmation. Custom orders require payment before collection begins. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on task complexity and volume.

6. API Usage

API access is granted on a per-account basis. You are responsible for securing your API credentials. Rate limits and usage quotas apply as specified in your API agreement. We reserve the right to suspend API access for misuse or violation of these terms.

7. Quality & Returns

We maintain quality control processes for all collected data. If delivered data does not meet the specifications outlined in your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, where appropriate, provide replacement data or a credit toward future orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

1to1.bot provides data on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the performance of models trained on our data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active API users of material changes via email.
